The Proof of God’s Finger with Apostle Joseph Ziba

When reading the Bible you should see whether the word you’re reading is a promise or a statement of fact. If it’s a promise you need to say “amen!” because every promise needs to be received. However, if it’s a factual statement you simply have to believe it since it is bound to happen, come what may. That’s irrespective of whether you agree to it or not or whether you like it or not— it is a done and sealed deal to God, so to say.

“And these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover”. Mark 16:17-18 KJV

In the verse above the word “follow” means to “accompany” or to “be near”. This means that a believer must be accompanied with signs; this is a statement of fact. It is vitally important to be conscious of this truth all the times and wherever you go since it creates confidence in you.

A sign is a finger post of God which is valuable not so much for what it is rather for what it indicates. A sign is not just mighty by a statement— it is a glory signature of God upon your life. (See Acts 14:3).

A sign is not merely a wonder or miracle it rather is a miracle or a wonder with a statement. It indicates the power and position of the doer and their immediate connection with God. When a sign happens everyone knows that this is a son of God. A sign speaks of who you are and the connection you’ve have with your God.

Jesus Christ proved Himself as a Son of God through many signs. In Mark 2:4-7, for instance, instead of telling the man who was sick with palsy that “You are healed” He said “Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.” He said such words to prove that He’s a son of God and has power to forgive sins.

The secret to walking in signs is confidence or boldness of speech. Boldness in speech regarding what you believe that God is capable of doing provokes a sign to happen.
Praise and Worship: The Platforms for Signs

If you desire to see more signs manifesting in your life be a lover of praise and worship.
The account in the book of 2 Chronicles 20 reveals praise as one of the platforms for manifestation of signs.

In the above juncture, God did not tell the people of Judah about the procedure of how to be victors. But through God’s wisdom the people of Judah understood that since God was the one to fight for them, their responsibility was to praise Him. No wonder, in verse 21 you see that instead of putting people with weapons in-front they put singers. Thus in the end their unprecedented victory was made through praise.

You see, dancing (praising) for God is not a waste or being emotional. There’s a profit to it. Therefore, if there’s something you must grow in is praise and worship. If you do your life will be full of the manifestations of the signs of God.
